What is Q-Banking™?

Q-Banking™ is available to members who belong to a participating credit union. By clicking on your credit union button to the left, you will be able to enter your account number and your Q-Banking™ password. If you have signed up for Q-Express.Net, or are an existing customer, then Q-Banking is provided free of charge. If you currently use another Internet Service Provider, (ISP), then you may sign up for Q-Banking™ for a small monthly fee. Contact your Credit Union for more information. Q-Banking may be accessed through any ISP as long as you sign up through Q-Express.Net. If you have an existing ISP and don't want to pay the extra monthly fee, why not consider Q-Express.Net as your Internet Service Provider? Q-Express has very competitive rates, and best of all access to your account information is free!

In order to use Q-Banking™ you must have a browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape) with 128 bit encryption. If you don't, proceed to our help page to download the latest version.

What can Q-Banking™ do?

  • Q-Banking™ will show you real time account balances which include all sub-accounts complete with current balance, available balance, fees due (if any), loan due dates and payment amounts.
  • Q-Banking™ Transactions will show you up to the last forty (40) transactions on your account. If there are less then forty transactions in the present fiscal quarter than you will only be able to view those transactions.
  • Q-Banking™ Transfers will allow you to transfer funds between your sub-accounts and from a sub-account to a loan.
  • Q-Banking™ Stop Payment will allow you to place a stop payment on a check. A fee may apply for some credit unions, you might want to check with your credit union first.
  • Q-Banking™ Check Withdrawal will post a request to the credit union to cut a check in the amount requested and mail it to the address on the account. The check will only pull from your drafts (or E-Account) which is sub-account 02. If you want a withdrawal from a different account you will need to transfer the funds to the 02 sub-account first.
  • Q-Banking™ Credit Application will allow you to send a request to the credit union for a credit or debit card. Different credit unions have different cards available - please visit this page to see what is available to you.
  • Q-Banking™ Certificate Application will allow you to send a request to purchase a CD with the funds taken directly from the sub-account of your choice.
  • Q-Banking™ Loan Application, not available to all credit unions, will send a secure request for a loan. The credit union loan officer will process your request and contact you with the results.
