Q-Express.Net is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) owned by Real-Time Data Management Services, Inc., a corporation founded in 1980 to provide specialized services for Credit Unions.

Originally created in 1999 as a way to provide Internet service to credit union members, Q-Express has grown into a full-service public ISP with customers throughout Virginia.

AFFORDABILITY
With its commitment to offering reliable and affordable Internet service, Q-Express.Net provides a solid service at a very low cost. In an era of constant rate hikes from national service providers Q-Express.Net has kept its prices low. Q-Express does not have millions of customers nationwide, but that was never its mandate. Our market is a smaller but steadily growing group of customers who have had enough of high rates, busy signals, and never-ending pop-up ads. Within this market we have done very well.

Q-Express.Net prides itself on providing individual, real-person support. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff of support technicians provides a valuable, human link to our customers. They will not be met by an impersonal voice mail system or confusing Web support site, and our hold times are measured in seconds instead of minutes or hours.

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY
Q-Express.Net connects to the Internet using digital modems and maintains a low modem to T1 ratio. What does this mean to you? First, digital lines have no noise and interference, and no noise moves more data. And while many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have fast modems, those speeds don't guarantee fast download time during peak hours. By maintaining a low modem to T1 ratio our users are limited only by their individual modem speed, not ours. Our US Robotics digital bank supports ISDN (single and dual channel), 56K digital modems (X2/V.90 protocol), and analog modems up to 33.6.

HOME BANKING
Q-Express Home Banking allows our members access to accounts through the Internet. With your paid Internet access you will be able to view statements, retrieve account and loan balances, transfer funds, apply for a loan, make loan payments, and much more. In addition, your monthly statement will automatically be e-mailed to you. Q-Express uses 128-bit HTTPS encryption to ensure that only registered members are able to access and manipulate their accounts.

SERVICE TO CREDIT UNIONS AND THEIR MEMBERS
By limiting access to participating Credit Union members, Q-Express is able to provide a quality, member-oriented service. Your monthly fees will automatically be deducted from the account of your choice.
