If you have any problems downloading either of these browsers it is due to the fact that your current browser cannot accomodate 128 bit encryption. You will first have to download the latest version, install it, then download an Encryption patch.

Please follow these instructions to ensure you download the proper version. Q-Express.Net's Web Banking application uses 128 bit encryption and without the proper Internet Browser you will not be able to use Web Banking.

Due to government regulations Q-Express can not supply 128 bit encryption browsers.

  • Click on the Microsoft picture above to get to the Microsoft Internet Explorer download screen.
  • This page allows you to download the latest version of Internet Explorer or the Strong Encryption version (128 bit).
  • You will be required to fill out a form for 128 bit encryption that verifies your eligibility, fill it out and click the button.
  • Once verified, save a location for the file to be downloaded. Remember where you save it!
  • When download is complete, go to where you saved the file and double-click.
  • You will then be taken through set-up.

Netscape Communicator
  • Click on the Netscape picture above to get to the Netscape download screen.
  • Choose the Strong Encyption Win 95/98/NT browser.
  • Click I Agree at the bottom of the page.
  • Save a location for the file to be downloaded. Remember where you save it!
  • When download is complete, go to where you saved the file and double-click.
  • You will then be taken through set-up.
